Wright Directions, LLC provides a wide range of mental health services for children and adults throughout South Carolina. Established in 2011, WD has over a decade of experience in the mental health field and is arguably the only rehabilitative behavioral health service (RBHS) company in the state credentialed with all five of the SC Medicaid managed care organizations, with Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, United, and now Tricare. WD also has a sliding scale payment plan for the uninsured. The company is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Health and has maintained accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 2015. Wright Directions operates under the parent company, Seaside Healthcare, Inc. Seaside Healthcare consists of over 70 locations in 6 different states. Over 18 million children and teens in the United States experience mental health problems; yet only one third of these children actually get help, and amongst this 70% get the help they need in the education sector. Over the past twelve years, the provision of services at Wright Directions necessary to demonstrate our experience and expertise for treating mentally ill individuals is as follows:
• Psychiatric Medication Management: A wrap around psychiatric medication management program. This consists of a Medical Director, four Advanced Practice Nurse Prescribers (APNPs), an array of RN’s and a clinical director.
• Pharmacy services: Wright Directions has partnered with Genoa Healthcare for at home pharmacy delivery services. Genoa will allow home delivery of medications. Genoa will also deliver medications for all household members. Transportation is often a barrier to treatment in our community. Home delivery of medications increases accessibility for families with students in need and allows for extra time for the parents/individuals.
• Psychological Testing: WD offers psychological testing in our Ridgeland, SC office with a Licensed Psycho-Education Specialist (Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, etc.).
