As part of the museum's popular current exhibit, This is Not: Aldwyth in Retrospect, there is a special Discovery Night at the Museum on January 16 to kick-off a community collage project. Liz can provide details and what visitors will see and do. The 20-foot collage displayed in the Sea Island Room, will be up through March 23. Visitors are welcome to add to this evolving community artwork.
On Feb. 11, 5 to 7 pm, the Museum is hosting a screening of the PBS documentary, Aldwyth: Fully Assembled, in the Sea Island Room. Filmmaker Olympia Stone will be on hand to introduce the film and lead a Q&A afterwards. Reservations are suggested and it’s $10 per person. Free to Museum Members. Attendees can enjoy popcorn and beverages.
