Presidential Preference Primaries:
Democratic: Saturday, February 3, 2024
Republican: Saturday, February 24, 2024
Bring to the polls five (5) qualified IDs:
SC Driver’s License
SC DMV ID Card
SC Voter Registration Card with Photo
Federal Military ID
US Passport
If you can’t get a photo ID, remember to bring your non-photo Voter registration card with you to the polling place. You may vote a provisional ballot after signing an affidavit stating you have a reasonable impediment to obtaining a photo ID.

Thirty-one (31) new precincts have been added to minimize the number of voters going to a polling place:

Bluffton: 13
Sun City: 2
Hilton Head: 6
New Poll Workers Training Schedule for 2024
March 16, 2024: 9:00a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
April 6, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
May 4, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
July 6, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
August 3, 2024: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
