Hardeeville Recreation Center to Host Sharon Versyp's Basketball Camp

The Hardeeville Recreation Center is proud to host the Sharon Versyp's Basketball Camp which is scheduled to take place on June 17-18 and 20-21, 2024. This exciting camp promises to provide aspiring basketball players with a unique opportunity to enhance their skills under the guidance of renowned coach Sharon Versyp.
Sharon Versyp, a highly respected figure in the world of basketball, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the camp. She currently serves as the head coach of the USC Beaufort Women’s Basketball team. Previously, Versyp served as the head coach of the Purdue Boilermakers women's basketball team, where she achieved remarkable success throughout her career, earning accolades and championships along the way. Her commitment to excellence and passion for the game make her the ideal mentor for young athletes looking to take their game to the next level.
Sharon Versyp's Basketball Camp will feature a comprehensive curriculum designed to improve fundamental skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and overall basketball IQ. Participants will also have the chance to engage in competitive drills, simulated game situations, and personalized instruction from Coach Versyp and her staff.
Open to girls of all skill levels, aged 10-17, the camp aims to foster a positive and supportive environment where players can grow both as athletes and individuals. Whether aspiring to compete at the highest levels or simply looking to have fun and stay active, attendees are sure to benefit from this immersive basketball experience.
