Workforce Housing & Community Development Corporation
The Town has two significant initiatives that it is currently pursuing that we want to detail publicly.
The first is the potential development of a workforce housing development on Town owned property called the Northpointe Tract.
The second is the creation of the Gullah Geechee Historic Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation. This nonprofit organization will look to make strategic investments into and provide various forms of support for historic and culturally sensitive communities on Hilton Head Island.
