Lane Barron, Education Intern
Lane is an upcoming sophomore at Swarthmore College where she is studying biology and environmental studies. She plans to work in the field of marine biology. Lane enjoys playing softball and spending time outside. She is excited to be a part of the Coastal Discovery team and to learn more about the lowcountry.
Eliza Mehle, Education Intern
Eliza is joining us from Bluffton and recently graduated from Coastal Carolina University. She majored in ecology, evolution, and conservation biology and hopes to pursue a career within the national parks system or an agricultural conservation role. Eliza is an avid birder and enjoys kayaking with her dog. She is excited to share knowledge of the lowcountry and its inhabitants with others.
