Employees at Porsche—a Volkswagen Group brand—are being investigated for fraud and false advertising. The investigation is in relation to diesel admissions and is the latest development in the larger Volkswagen case.

Illegal software has been found in Porsche diesel engines. The engine, a 3-liter diesel design, is supplied by Audi—another Volkswagen brand under similar investigation.

Volkswagen continues under the microscope of the law as this German investigation is carried out.
